The SBDCnetwork.com online counselors do not take the place of a lawyer, accountant or otherwise qualified professional. Online Counselors provide advice, guidance and coaching; however, all decisions are the client’s to make.
Additionally, the SBDCnetwork.com is not a lending or funding agency, but may provide information, counsel and assistence in loan application preparation. This type of assistance does not suggest any intent to approve any funding or loan request by any lender or loan guaranteeing institution, public or private. Online Counselors may provide advice on technique and sources for developing the necessary information for a financial proposal; it is the client’s responsibility to collect the needed information and prepare the necessary documentation.

By use of SBDCnetwork.com information and assistance services, the client agrees to release SBDCnetwork.com from all liability and to waive all claims against the U.S. Small Business Administration, Host Institutions, Sponsors, Supporters, Friends, Collaborators, employees, agents, counselors and all its funding sources and SBA personnel, and any other SBDC and its host organizations, and any other resource, counselors and trainers arising from such assistance.
